In the morning for breakfast, there was so little food out with so many people that it was quickly eaten up and not reloaded so we had to try to find someone to get more which was very difficult and took a long time. There was also a code on the door to get into the pool area that we never received so we had to ask another person staying at the hotel to help us in because we couldn’t get help from any of the staff to get inside. The hot tub wasn’t working but there was no signs saying that it wasn’t nor was it closed off and we weren’t told anything. We were not greeted whenever we’d go into the lobby, even to ask for help with something, we were ignored constantly and the staff were not attentive to our needs whatsoever. Upon arrival, we immediately had an issue when checking in and after that, we were treated as we didn’t even exist.
